Every week, students will meet to have a high-energy dance party guided by a series of Latin/Hip-Hop Dance fitness videos that include warm up skills and beginner routines. Latin/Hip-Hop Dance is a whole-body aerobic exercise that uses up a lot of energy and burns calories through dancing. Latin/Hip-Hop Dance can improve your flexibility and it can help to strengthen your core.
